Juniper is a shared dream between Chef Todd Stein and General Manager TJ Bachmeyer, bringing together decades of experience in Chicago's restaurant scene. The two have built their careers on the belief that great hospitality isn't about formality—it's about making people feel like they belong. 

Their return to the North Shore is rooted in giving back—creating an upscale casual space truly for the neighborhood, where world-class hospitality feels effortless and genuine. Highwood has always been a community that gathers, and Juniper was built to be part of that: a place where longtime friends find their regular table, and first-time guests leave feeling like they've found one too.
